E.M.P., leader in the manufacturing of Hot Runner injection systems for the moulding
of thermoplastic materials, plans and manufactures a wide range of nozzles, manifolds and electric heaters. It also commercializes temperature and series injection controllers. It also commercializes temperature controllers and serial
injection controllers, thermocouples, thermoheaters, câbles,sheaths, and other high temperature resistant materials.
Its first aim is to offer products with the best possibile technical characteristics, which perfectly satisfy the customer’s need.
On this ground, EMP has for several years decided to adopt the UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 law as reference parameter. It accomplished Certification of Conformity from ICIM in 2006.
Established in 1977 by engineers who had developed years of relevant experience in the injection moulding of plastic
components for household appliances, EMP has successfully worked in the most different fields as automotive, motorbikes,
small and large household appliances, extractor fans, furniishing, medical, packing, bottles, watches, electrical components
and technical items.
The high qualification of the staff and the continuous data processing renovation of every field of the business allow to quickly elaborate the best and most reliable solution to any technical query.
The design is performed in strict co-operation with the mouldmaker, starting from handicraft structure analysis and from the
kind of thermoplastic material to be used.
Our technical office is equipped with CAD 2D and 3D softwares and can carry out different typologies of flow analysis, which
allow to determine:
- Perfect balancing of the flow channels
- Restrained dimensions to avoid energy losses as well as the excessive encumbrance inside the moulds
- Ideal injection points layout of the injection points, to guarantee the possible best filling, as well as the optimisation of the connection among the flows.
- Injection and cooling times
- Clamping force necessary to mould the part.
The wide range of standard products, which already cover many of the applications possible in the field, is enriched by a
number of tailorolized applications, which are designed according to the customer’s peculiar needs and carried out in
really short times,.
