To that aim, our QMS includes the following business functions:

  • RSGQ (Quality Manager) - coordinating all other company functions, to QMS implementation and strimlining.
  • TESTING, performing Quality tests on all outbound goods.
  • METROLOGIST, ensuring the proper conduct of the monitoring and measurement device management process.
  • AFTER SALES SERVICE TECHNICAL managing all customer reports on the use of HR systems and following all problems, from birth to solution.

 Different kinds of quality controls have been implemented to the aim of offering Reliable Quality Products.

 To ensure our Customers Reliable and Quality products, various quality controls have been implemented at all stages of production:

  • Goods acceptance
  • Half-finished product processing
  • Products assembly
  • Finished products testing (carried out  before shipment, on 100% of our goods) 

 The company has implemented its quality system, by adopting the UNI EN ISO 9001 standard as a benchmark for its production activities. ICIM Certificate of Conformity was obtained in 2006.
